Situated atop a stunning 69-acre red rock bluff overlooking the town of Sawpit, on a private road, the location offers a serene and inspiring setting for emerging and established creatives from diverse fields. Our comprehensive workshop and workspace not only provides a haven for artists and collaborators to create but also to rest, dine, socialize, and showcase their work. We cater to residents' needs by offering a wide range of tools, materials, and amenities, including a fully equipped wood working shop, a blacksmithing metal forge, spacious studio space, and comfortable living quarters.
Past and current residents include woodworkers, forgers, and sculptors. In addition, world renowned scientists, painters, songwriters, journalists & film industries have been drawn to the property.
